Dreadful customer service won’t refund. Dreadful customer service and refuse to cancel my subscription and won’t refund. I signed up for a trial but found the website difficult to use and no better than Weight Watchers so I cancelled. To my horror, they still deducted two payments, one for £40.99 and another (same day) for £39.
