I just started Vraylar and I’m experiencing extreme nausea, hunger, dry mouth, insomnia, restlessness, dizzy and a burning sensation all over my body. I’m taking 1.5mg at night to sleep through the symptoms. I wake up every hour and I’m exhausted during the day.Bipolar 1, 36 yoa, have been on vraylar (1.5mg) for a week thus far. For me the feeling of hunger is prevalent, however it seems to be related to the "hunger" feeling of wanting water. I stay on top of my hydration and drinking a glass or 2 of water easily subsidies the feeling. I have been on Vraylar for almost three months now. I have had some success dieting while on Vraylar so it's truly weight neutral for me. I've had a really positive response to this medication. I haven't had a single symptom since I started it, and I finally know what normal is supposed to feel like.
